Request Appointment

Your First Visit

Our dental team will do everything we can to make your first visit as pleasant as possible from start to finish. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to complete a New Patient Form.

You may also download and fill out our New Patient Form prior to your appointment.

Initial Examination

Your dentist will begin your appointment by reviewing your dental and medical history before conducting a thorough dental examination. An examination of your teeth, gums, jaw and bite will be performed, as well as an oral cancer screening and any necessary X-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your medical history and what was found during your examination, your dentist will create a long-term dental treatment plan that fits your unique needs. You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

Insurance & Payment

We'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance claims so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.

Insurance Claims

Most insurance plans are eligible for direct billing. We can submit your insurance claim electronically for your convenience, resulting in faster reimbursement and eliminating the need for paper forms and signatures.

Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment so our administrative staff can help you better understand your insurance plan and send estimates to your insurance company before beginning any major treatments.

Payment Methods

Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility. You must pay these fees at the time of your appointment.

We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.

Support for Anxious Patients

Do you get nervous about your upcoming dental appointments? This is extremely common, and it can prevent people from receiving the dental care they require. Don't worry if this sounds familiar. Our team at dentalhouse Victoria Dental Arts has several procedures in place to help you relax during appointments, including dental sedation options.
